The Big Knickers Network

Come as you are, connect, support, laugh, learn and be your AWWAsome self.

A womens’s community built on connection, confidence and support

The Big Knickers Network is a community built around connection, empathy, support and a healthy dose of fun. It is where conversations, connections and collaborations come together to help women accept who they are, build confidence and live boldly on their own terms.

Brought to you by Rachel Peru and Tina Boden, Co-founders of AWWA – Accepting Who We Are, The Big Knickers Network is a space where women can come exactly as they are, share their experiences, learn from one another, ask the questions they might not always feel able to ask and know they are not alone.

Often a woman does not need another person telling her what she should be doing. She needs someone to listen, understand and tell her, ‘I have been there too’.

Our Community

The Big Knickers Network is an in-person and online community where connection comes before comparison and empathy comes before judgement.

We believe women can be successful without competing, confident without conforming and supportive without comparing. There is room for us all.

For brands and businesses

We collaborate with brands, businesses and experts who share our belief in women, community, confidence and genuine connection.

Through conversations, connections, in-person and online events, community and collaborations, The Big Knickers Network brings women together to:

  • Connect – build genuine friendships, relationships and feel part of a community.
  • Listen and understand – create conversations rooted in empathy, openness and respect.
  • Support one another – share experiences, encouragement, advice and a helping hand when it is needed.
  • Build confidence – on our bodies, our choices, our businesses, our relationships and our lives.
  • Learn and discover – from experts, inspiring women, brands and businesses.
  • Celebrate individuality – embrace who we are rather than comparing ourselves to others.
  • Have fun – because confidence, connection and community do not have to be serious all the time.
  • Live boldly – encourage women to make their own choices and create lives that feel right for them.
